Rene Marie Russo is an American film actress and a former supermodel. Alongside her stunning beauty, her continued success in the film industry can be attributed to her talents as an actor. She began modeling in the 70s. She soon became one of the best models. In the early 1990s she was enrolled in acting and theatre. In the following years, she moved to Los Angeles and California she began to make her stage debuts. Russo made her debut on the screen on ABCs Sable drama series in 1987, playing Eden Kendell. She was Tom Berengers' love interest the following year with Major League, her debut film. At first, she was unsure of her ability as an actor but critics soon became impressed by her performance. Her role in Wolfgang Petersen's Outbreak was particularly appreciated by reviewers, since she stood in the way of Dustin Hoffman or Morgan Freeman. She admits that she is not passionate about acting. In 2005, she took a long self-imposed break. For the film Thor, she returned to her acting. In addition, she was in Nightcrawler which her husband was awarded an Oscar for. Rose Namajunas has been one of UFC's most prominent female athletes. She started her career as an amateur fighter, and she participated in various regional promotions. Later on she joined Invicta Fighting Championships before joining Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC). When she joined in the UFC in 2011 she was famous due to the success that she enjoyed both inside and outside of an octagon. Namajunas had his birth on June 29th, 1992 in Milwaukee Wisconsin. He was brought up by the same Lithuanian family. Rose participated in kickboxing and basketball while growing up. Invicta Fighting Championships was her first professional fight. At 18, she had won two by submission. Dana White, who was paying close attention to her at the moment, signed her in the UFC strawweight division to fight in December 2014. She had recently turned 22. Through Rose's professional career, she's been through periods of highs and lows but each times she has come out ahead. Rose took on Carla Esparza in April 2015 to win the Women's Strawweight Champion. She won the fight through a technical knockout, which occurred within three minutes in the initial round. It was the first ever female to fight in a title fight with any of the major promotions in the world. Namajunas was able to take home a number of other victories. She also defeated Joanna Jedrzejczyk two times, which earned the Performance Of The Night awards from UFC.
